Red Chopping Boards- Essential for your raw meat

Red chopping boards are used in various catering establishments as part of the colour coded chopping board system.   Although there are no legal requirements, colour coded chopping boards are widely used in order to help prevent cross contamination.  The red chopping board is recommended for use with raw meat, and when being used as part of the colour coded system should not be used for anything else.
