DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

If you are happy then you should sign the delivery note to confirm receipt.

If the goods are damaged in any way, you should not sign the delivery note but write ‘damaged’ on your delivery paperwork and notify us immediately for necessary action to be taken.

If you are unhappy in any way please inform us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss any issues you may have.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All deliveries with an order value of less than £200 ex VAT will be charged a delivery charge of £9.95 + VAT.

Deliveries weighing less than 125 kg will be despatched on a 2-3 working day delivery.

Deliveries weighing 125 kg or more will be despatched on a 2-3 working day delivery.

WORLDWIDE EXPORTS

We are happy to arrange delivery to any part of the world by road, sea or airfreight and this will be organised by our specialist freight forwarders who will prepare a quotation on request. Once payment has been received, the goods will be shipped, individually export packed and crated.

PAYMENT TERMS

We operate on a cheque with order basis or payment by Paypal, Mastercard, Visa or Maestro. So please take a look at our site, work out exactly what you require, then click the relevant enquiry buttons and we will do the rest.
