We reserve the right to adjust our prices according to any VAT rate changes or other changes beyond our control. No good may be returned without prior consent.
If your goods arrive damaged in any way, you should not sign the delivery note but write “damaged” on your delivery paperwork and notify us immediately for necessary action to be taken.
If you are unhappy with your goods in any way please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery giving full details of any problems for us to arrange for suitable action to be taken.
In compliance with the distance selling regulations for consumers, you have a ‘Cooling off’ period where you may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7days after we have delivered your goods to you. In the first instance you must notify us in writing of your intent to return the good for a refund. The goods must not have been used or installed and must be in the same condition that they were delivered and packed in their original packaging. If the product returned is not in fully saleable condition, in its original packaging where possible, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
You must return the goods to us or request us to collect them, in either case, as your cost. You are under a duty to take care of the goods and take reasonable care to ensure they are not damaged in transit upon return. If we collect the goods on your behalf you will be charged the Actual Cost of collection, not necessarily the charge you incurred for your original delivery (we subsidise the deliver cost when we initially deliver the item to you).
Goods returned as an unwanted purchase using the 7 day ‘Consumer Cooling Off’ period will have no restocking charge, Trade customers will be charged a restocking charge of 20%. Consumer goods returned after this time will incur a restocking charge of 50%.
Any goods that are personalized, such as etched or badged products cannot be returned as unwanted purchases.
